The Project Sequence

1. Pre-Qualification:
This initial step involves assessing potential clients to ensure they align with your agency's expertise and service offerings. It includes reviewing the client's requirements, budget, timeline, and determining if your agency can meet their expectations.

2. Assess & Gather / Project Scoping:
In this phase, you define the project's scope, including objectives, deliverables, timeline, and specific requirements. It's crucial to have a clear understanding of what is expected to ensure all parties are aligned.

Project Planning & Submission:
Based on the information gathered and the project scope, you create and submit a detailed proposal to the client. This document outlines your approach, methodology, pricing, and terms and conditions.

Customer Review:
Once the proposal is accepted, both parties draft and sign a formal contract. This document legally binds the agreement, specifying the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other legalities.

Kick-off and Planning:
With the contract in place, you organize a kick-off meeting to align all stakeholders, introduce the project team, establish communication protocols, and finalize the project plan.

Execution and Delivery:
This phase involves the actual work on the project, following the plan and adhering to the agreed-upon timeline and deliverables. Regular updates and checkpoints ensure the project stays on track.

Review and Feedback:
Before finalizing the project, there's a review stage where the client provides feedback on the work done. Any necessary revisions or adjustments are made to ensure the deliverables meet the client's expectations.

Handover:
The final step is the formal handover of the completed project to the client. This includes delivering all deliverables, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring the client is satisfied. The project is then officially closed, and any post-handover support is defined.
